Founded by Plarent Ndreca in 2007, initially focused on legal representation and providing legal consultancy in civil, criminal, commercial, etc.

Within a short time, we expanded our professional activity, offering consultancy for issues in the civil, criminal, administrative, commercial, labor, banking, intellectual property, legal mediation, competition protection, consumer protection, taxes and taxation, etc. , cooperating with well-known lawyers and law firms of the Republic of Albania.

Currently, T&N Legal Studio employs lawyers with experience in various fields of activity. Legal representation and protection is offered to clients in all judicial districts of the Republic of Albania, mentioning here Vlorë, Elbasan, Durrës, Korçë, Pogradec, etc.

With an experience of 15 years in the market, we have managed to be among the most professional and serious law firms, comparing with foreign firms that currently operate in Albania.

Founder

Mr. Ndreca graduated in Law in 2000, at the University of Tirana. He continued his postgraduate studies, third-level executive master's degree in Public Law. He also attended several post-graduate courses where he was certified in International Relations and Diplomacy.

Today, Ndreca is one of the most popular lawyers in Albania, with a rich professional experience with over seventeen years of experience in the field of law, advocacy and senior public management.

His career started in 2000 as a legal assistant at the Tirana Bar Association, then continuing as a lawyer at the Ministry of Economy and Energy, with the main task of legal advice on the activity and functioning of the institution as well as its representative in the trials of all levels of the judiciary.

In 2001, Ndreca continues his contribution in the field of law by exercising the duty of Judicial Officer, in the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, as a direct actor in the Prosecutor's Office system, carrying out complex investigative processes as a contributor to criminal justice.

In 2003, Ndreca practiced as a lawyer for another four years, at the National Bar Association, Tirana, with the main activity of advising and legal representation of private physical and legal entities for commercial, civil and administrative legislation.

In 2007, he became one of the founders of the "T&N" Law Studio, directing for six years as a managing partner with daily activities the supervision and coordination of the administrative and lawyer work of the studio, as well as being engaged in successful representations of sensitive matters. high public.

In 2013, Ndreca temporarily separated from the profession of lawyer, after taking the position of General Secretary in the Ministry of Education and Sports. During the exercise of his duties in the Ministry of Education and Sports, Ndreca was at the forefront of the most important reforms of the time, such as the control and closure of illegal universities, the drafting of the new law on higher education, the reform of the system pre-university and sports. His main task has been the ministerial management of policy implementation, human, financial and material resources. First-hand role in the drafting of all legal and by-laws in the field of education and sports. During the time when he exercised the function of General Secretary in this ministry, Ndreca gave his legal contribution to several management boards such as:

Member of the National Copyright Council.

In 2017-2018, Ndreca continues to hold the post of Secretary General in the Ministry of Tourism and Environment, with the same state responsibilities as the main actor in policy implementation and in drafting and improving legislation for environmental protection and improving conditions for tourism.

During the time of his stay at the head of the administrative hierarchy of the Ministry of Environment and Tourism, Ndreca simultaneously held the position of Chief Inspector of the State Inspectorate of Environment and Forests, where he undertook a series of actions to improve the organization and functioning of this institution.

After a long experience in the state administration, in May 2018, Ndreca decided to devote himself to the profession of lawyer by reformatting his law firm and quickly making it one of the most serious and professional firms. At the same time, I started my academic career as a lecturer at the Faculty of Juridical-Political Sciences, at the "Aleksandër Moisiu" University, Durrës, not breaking away from his commitment as a legal consultant and as an active speaker in seminars and conferences organized by the organization non-governmental with a focus on the Protection of Human Rights and social causes as well as media forums.

In the local elections of 2019, Ndreca was elected a member of the Municipal Council of Tirana Municipality, where he also exercises the duty of a member of the legal commission of this council.

In July 2019, Ndreca was again appointed to one of the most important positions in the state administration, that of Secretary General of the Ministry of the Interior. In the function of this task, Mr. Ndreca contributes as a member of the board of directors of the company Iliryrian Guard sh.a. and the National Housing Authority.

In 2023, Mr. Ndreca is re-elected as a member of the Municipal Council of Tirana, where he is also elected Chairman of the Laws Committee of this Council.
